TMIA's board of directors had originally set aside 1.5 hours for eight of our vendor members to talk briefly about what is new in the messaging marketplace. The response from our vendor member companies was tremendous and 21 submissions were received. We were able to add an additional half hour and increase the Innovation presentations to ten. Twenty-two service provider attendees responded to a survey where the innovations (and not the companies behind them) were described. While all scored very well the attendees picked the 10 they most wanted to hear more about in Toronto.
