In the survey from our Orlando Conference in February 2008, 94% of our service provider attendees and 93% of our exhibitors valued the exhibit area as an ideal opportunity to view/demonstrate the latest in messaging technology to a large audience in a single location. Over 95% of both service providers and exhibitors agreed or strongly agreed with the idea of a passport to encourage a visit to every booth. We will have an exhibit area in Clearwater as part of our Annual Conference. We will repeat the very successful exhibit area passport to incent visits to every booth.
Exhibitor Costs will be the same as last year and are all inclusive:
Member Companies: $3,000 US including broadband, power, tables, chairs, monitor rental, on site handling charges etc. (booth space free with Gold sponsorship)
Non Member Companies: $4,500 US
Either 10 x 10 lightweight or tabletop booths are welcome and best suited for the hotel environment. Exhibit Visits are part of the agenda allowing your resources attending the TMIA conference to also staff the booth, so little or no extra staff is required.
Not only will your booth provide an opportunity to demonstrate your latest technology to at least 50 service provider attendees (53 attendees from 27 service provider companies in 2008); the booth registration fees will assist TMIA in paying for the annual conference. Benefits include:
- 10ft x 10ft. booth space including power, broadband, monitor, tables etc.
- Extended break in exhibit area Tuesday and Wednesday morning for 2 hrs.
- 2 hr. reception in exhibit area on Wednesday immediately following the conference session
- Opportunity to do your own customer visits during breakfast hour, lunch and evenings
- A minimum of $2,500 in incentive prizes to be awarded by draw to those service providers attending at every exhibit.
- Recognition at TMIA Annual Conference, and TMIATalk
- Proceeds to offset TMIA Annual meeting cost.
